JACKSON HOLE REAL ESTATE REPORT

About the Report

Buying a home in Jackson Hole is more than a transaction. For many, the decision is often an exciting lifestyle change as well. Respecting the many elements that factor into this important decision, we designed our real estate team to provide you with much more than just a property fact sheet.

Redefining Real Estate

More than 27 years ago, we published the first Jackson Hole Report to provide the critical, specialized market analysis our clients need. The Jackson Hole Report remains the definitive source on real estate in this region today, regularly cited in national publications. It is published semi-annually with additional email updates for the first and third quarters.

Why Read the Jackson Hole Report?

While other realtors attempt to report on our market with MLS statistics only, we track every single transaction in Teton County. Consider, for instance, in 2021: only 59% of sales prices valley-wide have been reported to MLS.

By contrast, we log information on each and every sale daily. We track down the other sales by looking at the deeds recorded with the county. Then, we compile all that data to formulate our statistics and take an in-depth look at the current trends.

Why is the Report Important to You?

Buyers and sellers need to work with a realtor who can provide them will all the information in order to get the best price possible. Because we do such exhaustive research, we are considered market experts who go above and beyond other realtors in the valley.

We are also skillful negotiators and will work to make the entire process, from start to finish, as streamlined as possible.

The Jackson Hole Report is published semi-annually, with additional email updates for the first and third quarters.
