2023 THIRD QUARTER INVENTORY

Overall Valley Deeded Parcels

The dearth of developable real estate in Jackson Hole is unique throughout America. No other designated county, parish, territory, or borough has development limited to 3% with 97% protected from future development through the Public Land Acts. Of the 3%, half is either under water or in a conservation easement, leaving about 1.5% of our entire county eligible for development.

For this reason, we believe it is imperative to keep track of our limited supply. We also recognize the importance of keeping our clients and customers well-informed as the supply of vacant land continues to dwindle.

Please review the following stats, and feel free to call or email us if you have any questions, need more information, or if we can be of assistance in any of your local real estate needs.
